The Production Process
1. Place your order through the Print Version
Ordering page, E-Newsletter Ordering
page or Content Ordering page. You may pay by credit card, check or money order (if you're
paying by check or money order, you will be mailed an invoice after the
newsletter/e-newsletter is complete or after you have received the final
version(s) of your content).
2. After we receive your order, we will send
you an email entitled "Welcome To Left Field Media" which includes
instructions on how to submit information, graphics, color choices and
layout preference. For content orders, the email will outline the
approval and request for changes process, as well as guidelines and
policies for usage.
3. Once you submit your information,
graphics, color choices and layout preference, we will then create your
initial proof and email the proof to you (or provide you an online link
to your e-newsletter proof) for your approval or for you to
request changes. We have no limit on the number of changes you
can request. For content orders, we will email you the content when you
place your order and then give you the option to request changes.
4. Once you are completely satisfied
with your newsletter proof, we will then create a final version of the
newsletter/e-newsletter and either ship the newsletters directly to you (print
version) or email the e-newsletter to you (e-newsletter version).
5. For all printed
newsletters and e-newsletters, we will ensure that you
receive the finished product before the first day of the month for that
issue's date. For example, for the April issue, we schedule the
production process in March so that you will receive your newsletters
before April 1. New content is posted to our website on the first
business day of each month.

Printed
Version Specifications

Articles
|
*
All articles are between 200 and 500 words, depending on
space, graphics, other content, etc.
*
Topics range from the state of the market to appraisals,
from the importance of pre-qualifying to tricks on showing a
home, from the different types of loans to interest rate
trends, etc.
*
One of the three articles is a "Question of the
Month" feature.

Versions
|
*
Basic Version: This version is the basic version which can
be handed out or put in envelopes and mailed to your
customers.
* Self-Mailing Version: This version can be folded, stamped
and mailed without having to use an envelope.
* With each version, you have
the option of including only real estate articles, only
mortgage articles or a mix of both.
*
We also offer two different layouts of both the Basic
Version and the Self-Mailing Version.

Layout
|

Single page, front and back, in full color.
* All newsletters have personalized graphics, contact
information, taglines and business specifications
(programs offered, Realtor® or mortgage specialization, etc.).
* You can choose
your own colors. Usually, we use three different colors
(not including font colors).

For consistency, the basic layout will be
the same. However, there may be slight changes from time to time. |

Graphics
|

Our newsletter production and printing can support the
following graphics: .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .png or .bmp.
*
No graphics larger than 2 MB, please.
*
We will use two of your own graphics (preferably
a company logo and a picture of yourself) in the newsletter.

Proofing
|
*
A proof of the newsletter will be emailed to you (in PDF format) for
approval before printing. You may make changes to
the proof at this time.
*
Upon request, a hard-copy proof of the newsletter can be
U.S. mailed to you at no extra charge (first month's
newsletter only).

Printing
|
* Our newsletters are professionally printed in-house using
standard 4-color printing.
*
All newsletters are printed on white 32 lb. 96 brightness
laser paper.

|
Shipping
|
* All newsletters are shipped directly to you by USPS
Priority Mail.
*
All shipping is $5.95 for anywhere in the continental U.S.
*
Expedited shipping is extra.
*
You will receive an email confirmation once
shipping has been completed.

Production Schedule
|
* We have three
production schedules per month: early month, mid-month and
late month.
*
Proofs are emailed to you no later than the 10th/15th/20th of the
month.
*
Approval of the proof is requested by the
15th/25th/5th of the month.
*
Pending final approval, all shipping will be completed by the
20th/30th/10th of the month,
assuming the deadline for proof approval has been met. |

Miscellaneous
|

There is no set-up fee for the printed newsletter.
* There is no minimum order requirement.
*
Frequency: We offer monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and
tri-annual
issues.
* For any order of 250 copies or
more, we will provide you with a free PDF copy of your
newsletter for use on your own website. |

articles are 425-470 words long and the "Question of the Month"
articles are 225-250 words long. All content is written by us
and are original articles.

trends, etc.

You will have a choice of three out of our six monthly
articles (two regular articles and one "Question of the
Month").

will offer a mix of articles, including both real estate

Usage

* You have permission to publish the articles in print or
electronic marketing pieces for a one-time distribution to a
third party.

articles and the articles are not to be shared,

Our copyright notice ("© Left Field Media") must be included
at the bottom of each article.

The licensing term for each article is two (2) years from
date of sale from Left Field Media. |

Delivery

We will email you the content (as a Word document
attachment) when you place your order and then give you the
option to request changes or edits, if needed. |

Approval/ Changes
|
* If you would like us to make changes or edits to the
articles, we will provide you with a link where you can
request changes. Please note that only we can make changes
to the articles.
* If you are
satisfied with the articles, you do not need to contact us
as we will assume that you approved the content.

available on our website, please email us at
