Integrating With Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.

Because our e-newsletters are specifically designed to be sent directly from your email program (using either a web-based email provider or a stand-alone email program), we advise against using an email marketing service provider such as Constant Contact, MailChimp or any other email campaign software in conjuction with our e-newsletters.

In our experience, the HTML code in our e-newsletters does not transfer well to email campaign software and the e-newsletter may end up with noticeable design flaws such as incorrectly sized tables, different fonts, large blank spaces, inconsistent spacing between lines of text, and graphics not appearing.

Some of our clients have tried to use the graphic version of our e-newsletters in Constant Contact and other software, but this presents its own set of problems including a loss of resolution and the inability to include any links in the e-newsletter.
